Beer Menu

  • Upcoming Beer Releases

    • Gentle Release IPA – 6.5% ABV

A clean, balanced and boastfully hoppy Pinthouse-style IPA packed out with layers of late hop additions including Citra powder, Cashmere, Sultana and Comet hops. Brewed with flaked barley, American pale malt and British Golden Promise, Gentle Release presents a lightly hazy profile pouring with a glowing golden radiance in glass. We're getting the perfect blend of delicate dankness to match the tropically charged pear juice profile coaxed outta this latest mix of modern hops to hit the tank. Tap Date: January 16, 11:00 AM

  • Mainstays - Pinthouse Brewing

    • Electric Jellyfish IPA, ABV: 6.5%

Brewed with some of our favorite new hop varieties from our favorite hop farmers - Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy. Electric Jellyfish is filled with a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, mango, lychee, and a floral backbone. The Jellyfish is a hazy new school IPA focusing on the juicy hop flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness balanced and refreshing

    • Old Beluga, Amber Ale, ABV: 5.8%

Our director of brewing, like so many other brewers, started his journey into craft beer as a homebrewer over 10 years ago, and one of the first beers he ever brewed on his stove was an Extra Special Bitter inspired by some of England's finest examples. In constructing the recipe for our Old Beluga Amber Ale he looked back on his notes from that first ESB he ever brewed, realized it probably wasn't as great of a beer as he thought it was at the time, and worked on a recipe that blended elements of the English-Style ESB with those of an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out

    • Bearded Seal, Dry Irish Stout ABV: 5.5%

Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), our Bearded Seal is 'must have' at our brewpub. Our director of brewing was the only person in his class at an Irish Catholic School growing up that had no Irish heritage in his bloodline. Despite that fact, St. Patrick's Day is still one of his favorite holidays. He loves jet black pints topped with creamy white heads, and gets a bit surly when people say stouts are only for cold weather. This Dry Irish Stout is a little bolder than the commercial example most people are familiar with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate balanced with a nice dry finish

  • Seasonals

    • Training Bines IPA, ABV: 7.0%

raining Bines forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a wonderfully complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from some of the Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic Lupulin Powder, and the Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop and the farmers who grow it

    • Green Battles IPA, ABV: 6.3%

Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2018 World Beer Cup in the American-Style Strong Pale Ale category and winner of the Gold Medal at the 2018 Great American Beer Festival in the American-Style Strong Pale Ale category, Green Battles is full of Mosaic, whole leaf Chinook, and Amarillo hops, yielding juicy, mouth-watering stone fruit, citrus, and mango notes throughout along with a nice crisp and dry finish

    • Bailing Room IPA, ABV: 7.2%

The winner of the Bronze Medal at the 2018 World Beer Cup, in the most highly contested category, American IPA, Bailing Room is an irresistible hop bomb. Brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Chinook hops, this dark tangerine hued West Coast IPA boasts citrus, piney, and resinous notes. If you want hops, come to the Bailing Room!
